Allison Decent is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE™) handling the sale of real property in Family Law Cases in the Vail Valley and surrounding ski resort areas of Colorado. Mrs. Decent is a dedicated REALTOR® with 13 years of experience and over millions of dollars in sales by helping her clients fulfill their goals in residential real estate. She is a Certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist as well as a Top Producer in the brokerage since 2019. She assists clients in complicated transactions, such as 1031 Exchanges and Self-Directed Roth IRA purchases.
Mrs. Decent's Masters in Early Childhood Education and 7 years of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy work with Inner Matrix Systems expands her knowledge of dealing with all personalities pertinent to a transaction and helps her establish empathetic connections to her clients needs behind the sale of a home. Mrs. Decent offers her objective and neutral expert opinion in low and high conflict divorce matters involving real property. Mrs. Decent bought 3 commercial units and renovated them into 9 individual office spaces for part-time needs of the small business community. Since 2018, Mrs. Decent helped 36 businesses get out of their living rooms and into professional offices with little overhead.
